In the present unsurpassed crisis arisen out of COVID 19 outbreak, we are together taking all types of prescribed preventive and precautionary measures laid down by the competent authorities. Let us utilize this time by engaging in e-learning. All are reminded to avail the University‘s ICT services, a combination of multiple communication tools for an educational experience that is interconnected and seamless. There are several ICT initiatives of the MHRD, UGC and Inter-University Centres. At this juncture of crisis, you are requested to visit the University website for ICT initiative and support extended from time to time. We want to show our best solidarity in this difficult time and will not only restrict ourselves to academic capacity building but also confidence building.

I would request all the enrolled learners under different programmes of SoE, viz; B.Ed Spl. Ed. (H.I/V.I/I.D)-ODL, PG in Education and BDP in Education to exhibit patience, maturity and understanding to accomplish the objectives of our programmes. We have brought few changes in the teaching-learning process through some ICT intervention to replenish the temporary postponement of PCP classes. Your active involvement in this virtual discourse will enrich academic fulfillment. You must adhere to the instructions to accrue benefits and share your expectations and experiences with such interventions to us through email. In this context, we will not adopt anything that may create any sort of digital divide keeping in mind the heterogeneous composition of our learners.

So, stay at home, follow safety measures, keep yourself active, explore the avenues of e-learning and look ahead with greater confidence to pursue your aspirations.
